FEED BAR FOR INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE

The feed bar is a precision-engineered part that controls the fabric movement in conjunction with the needle and presser foot. A typical cycle of the feed bar includes:

  2. Upward motion: The feed bar raises the feed dog through the slots of the throat plate to grip the underside of the fabric. \n
  3. Forward motion: It pulls the fabric backward, away from the needle, for one stitch length. \n
  4. Downward motion: It drops the feed dog below the throat plate, releasing the fabric. \n
  5. Backward motion: The feed dog returns to its original forward position, ready for the next stitch \n
